In our Med Anatolia Aesthetics and Hair Transplantation Center; Eyebrow transplantation is applied to eliminate deformities caused by incorrect shaping of eyebrows and to restore lost eyebrows, as well as to cover wounds, burns, surgery and suture marks.

Regardless of the reason, it is possible to reconstruct the lost eyebrows or to intensify, thicken and shape the existing eyebrows in the desired aesthetic form with eyebrow transplantation.

It should be noted that the only way to compensate for the lost eyebrows is eyebrow transplantation, since it is not possible for new eyebrows to replace drooping and shed eyebrows.

Eyebrow transplantation begins when the patient decides on the desired shape and is performed under local anesthesia. Just like hair transplantation, eyebrow transplantation is performed by planting hair follicles with genetic codes that do not fall out that are taken from the area to be opened with a little shaving from the nape region and between the two ears. In eyebrow transplantation, the area where the hair follicles will be obtained is shaved and the roots are taken one by one from this area with the Micro Fue method and transferred to the area where the eyebrow transplantation will be made. In the donor area where the hair follicles are taken, no traces remain. In the first week after the eyebrow transplant procedure, there may be slight flaking in the transplanted area. At the end of the first week, the flakes will disappear. Due to the nature of the roots taken, eyebrows may grow for certain periods, this is normal. For this reason, it may be necessary to shorten the eyebrows at certain intervals. This period is the process of adaptation of the roots to the eyebrow area. In the period between 4 and 6 months after eyebrow transplantation, there may be shedding in the eyebrows. After this spill, the eyebrows will grow again. At the end of 6-8 months, the shape of the eyebrows will be completely settled.
